Thinkin in Blue
Updated: Jan 5, 2020
One of Walt Disney World's most famous rides is Test Track at Epcot. There you can put your car designs to the test and afterwards view all of the cars that are provided by Chevrolet. The colors the ride is now adorned with is various types of blue and black. This being my favorite ride, I wanted to create a look based on the colors of the ride.
The Unedited Cut:
The Edited Cut:
I spotted this outfit at Zara, and I instantly fell in love with it. Blue on blue can be very hard to pair, but when I saw the entire aesthetic of it, I love it. I knew that I was matching the correct colors.
The Scenery and Poses:
The scenery and poses for this shoot was very hard. My end goal was to geek out at the Test Track location and use that to my advantage with the colors and the blue on blue, however, when I saw the outfit and general and while I was strolling at the Norway pavilion in Epcot, I knew I needed to include it in the shoot. The red contracted so perfectly with the blue that it was almost impossible not to fall in love with it.
This shoot required the typical fixing of the small details without going too over board. I fixed the lights, the vibrance, and the colors to make sure that they balance each other out.
This project was made possible in collaboration with Jorge Martinez who was the photographer for this shoot. He always has the patience and the time to work with me as I get my pose, outfits, and makeup together.
The media is found on @madeinwdw on Instagram, where the base for my Disney and lifestyle blog can be found. It is also found on reginadaniella.com which is home to my website that has direct access to all of the projects and collaborations that I am currently working on!
